Data Centre for ADAM

Promael is working with Catalan company ADAM on its Data Centre in Madrid, specifically at TECNOALCALÁ.

It was a turnkey project lasting more than a year and covering the following work packages:

Medium voltage

Delivery of the electrical engineering and project, covering the works, supply of the transformer station (CT) and switching station (CS), and submission of the completion certificates to the Community of Madrid (CAM).

Low voltage

Project development, engineering and design of the electrical switchboards, installation and commissioning, lighting, supply of electrical busbars, accredited inspection body (OCA) work and submission of documentation to the industry authority.

Fire protection (PCI)

Project delivery and supervision, installation and commissioning of the systems, including NOVEC 1230 in the rooms, DOOR FAN TEST procedures, and annual data centre supervision and maintenance under contract with the owner.

Telecommunications

End-to-end project delivery from the supply of structured cabling and fibre optics through installation, splicing, certification, OTDR testing and handover of test results to the owner.
